Guacamole Salad
- 4 ripe avocados
- 2 tomatoes, parboiled, peeled, and minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 jalopeno chile, seeded and minced
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 onion ,minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Scoop out the avocado flesh and combine in a food processor or molcajete with the other ingredients. Serve in iceberg "cups" with shredded lettuce, chips, and molcajete sauce on the side.
